Please ensure there is suitable access to the bedroom before delivery, including doorways, hallways, staircases, landings and any restricted access areas.
The raised sleeping area of the Storage High Sleeper is intended for children aged 6 years and over. The current product specification states a maximum mattress depth of 7″ (approximately 18cm) and a maximum user weight of 75kg.
Always ensure the mattress complies with the specified maximum mattress depth so the safety barrier remains at the appropriate height above the mattress.
Children should always use the designated staircase to enter and leave the raised sleeping area and should not climb on other parts of the bed.
Where carpeted stair treads are available, these are recommended to provide additional grip.
Storage drawers should be closed after use and should not be used for climbing, standing or sitting.
Particular attention should also be given to ceiling clearance, including sloping ceilings, beams, ceiling lights and other overhead fittings.
