Once the order is placed, you will be contacted with a delivery date, confirmation of order and remaining balance details. Following on from this contact, the order will be confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm however 30 minutes notice will be given where possible. Final payment is due on or before delivery and this can be paid via bank transfer, card, cash or PayPal.
If Assembly is selected this will take place on the day of delivery in the room of your choice by the delivery driver. Therefore, the room is too be clear, otherwise this will need to be rearranged and charged again.
On the other hand, if product is delivered for self assemble, instructions to assemble shall be sent via email. These are too be followed correctly and additionally, telephone assistance is available if required.
Additional Details
Your Order can be changed or additional items such as mattresses can be added up to 2 weeks before delivery date. To do so, Contact the team via email or social media whom will be happy to amend.
Additionally, any bespoke requests, can be added to the notes section at check out. These will then be confirmed with you following placement of order. To clarify, Any price differences will be manually amended and an invoice will be sent to you to make payment.
